Since they first started coming out with these Art Books, I've been in love with them and this one is no different. There aren't a lot of supplemental products out there for Magic the Gathering fans, so these have been sorely needed. Enjoying the always amazing art in nice big splash pages allows you to see so much little detail you just can't get by squinting at the cards. Fans of the great artists of magic the gathering as well as those who love the lore, flavor and storyline should definitely check these out.

This is my fifth book of The Art of Magic the Gathering series. Yes, I have them all and can't wait for the next one, Dominaria, in July this year. I don't even play the TCG, but I am always a big fan of this type of art concepts books.The quality of the paper, the painting, color, story/info of different groups/gangs, everything is great about this book.

All of the books from this series are astonishing. The imagery is surreal and the writing, simply brilliant. This book provides everything about the plane. It gives an amazing storyline that follows the card sets and a short history of the cards in the set, but the real power of the book is the images and the story, which makes up 95% of the book.You do not need to know anything about mtg to enjoy these wonderful books.Highly recommended for anyone that likes fantasy.

I only recently got back into Magic, and the Ixalan has been my favorite so far. I love the concept and art style so I just had to purchase this book, and I was just blown away by the sheer content this book holds. It goes through all the lore and characters for Ixalan and of course has beautiful illustrations. A must have for fans!!

The art in this volume is good, but not as good as the other volumes as the book is "lacking" Depth and Contrast.

As with most of the Art of Magic: The Gathering Artbooks, the artwork is stunning! They never seem to disappoint so far. I’ve collected at least three of them so far..

If you liked the art for the set, then this is a great addition to your collection.
